Congratulations, Open Fredonia Incentive Awardee!

This asynchronous training will walk you through some of the essentials you will need to complete your Open Fredonia incentive project successfully. This training material is supplemental to the required incentive kick-off meeting, scheduled at your convenience.

By the end of this asynchronous kick-off training, you will be able to:

• Define “open educational resources” and where to find them.
• Explain how Creative Commons licensing works and apply it to your open materials.
• Explain why accessibility matters and apply it to your materials.
• Host your materials openly outside the learning management system.
